1. Medical Services & Clinical Admissions
By accessing services at Padmani Nursing Home & ICCU (Bhandup West, Mumbai) or utilizing this website, you agree to comply with the terms and medical policies outlined herein. Clinical treatments, ICU admissions, surgical procedures, and consultations are conducted under the direction of Dr. Bharat A. Manek and accredited consultant physicians.
2. Medical Awareness Disclaimer
Important Notice: Content, health articles, and information provided on this website are strictly for general educational and health awareness purposes. They DO NOT constitute formal medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations.
3. Appointment Booking Terms
- Consultation Schedules: Outpatient consulting hours run Mon–Fri (12:00 PM – 2:30 PM & 7:00 PM – 9:30 PM) and Saturday (12:00 PM – 2:30 PM).
- Online Booking Confirmations: Online form submissions constitute an appointment request. Final token allocation is confirmed by our desk staff via SMS/WhatsApp/Phone.
- Cancellations: Patients are kindly requested to notify the hospital desk at least 2 hours prior if canceling an appointment.
4. Emergency & ICU Triage Policy
Emergency admissions to our 24/7 Intensive Care Unit (ICU / ICCU) are prioritized based on clinical severity and medical urgency as evaluated by our attending intensivists and medical officers. Patient admission is subject to bed availability and clinical suitability.
5. Hospital Billing & TPA Cashless Terms
Hospital tariffs for consulting, ICU beds, OT surgical procedures, and pathology tests are communicated transparently at the billing counter. For patients utilizing Health Insurance / TPA cashless facilities, approval is subject to your insurance provider's authorization policy.
6. Website Property & Copyright
All logos, hospital branding, text copy, graphic designs, photography, and original health articles displayed on this website are the intellectual property of Padmani Nursing Home & ICCU. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial distribution without written consent is prohibited.
7. Legal Jurisdiction & Inquiries
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
